Airless Spray Painting Services

High-Performance Coating Application at Industrial Scale

Airless spray painting is the industry's gold standard for applying protective and decorative coatings on large industrial surfaces. Using high-pressure hydraulic systems to atomize paint without compressed air, this technique delivers thick, uniform coats with exceptional speed, coverage, and quality — making it the preferred method for structural steel, pipelines, tanks, and plant equipment.

What is Airless Spray Painting?

In airless spray painting, paint is pressurized to very high pressures (typically 1,500–7,500 psi) by a hydraulic pump and then forced through a small spray tip. The sudden pressure drop at the tip causes the paint to atomize into a fine, controlled spray pattern. Unlike conventional air spray, there is no compressed air mixed with the paint — resulting in less overspray, higher transfer efficiency, and the ability to apply high-viscosity coatings without thinning.

Key Benefits
  • High transfer efficiency — reduces paint wastage significantly
  • Applies thick coats in a single pass — fewer coats required
  • Consistent, uniform film build across large surfaces
  • Suitable for high-viscosity, high-build coating systems
  • Fast application — reduces project time and cost
  • Excellent for hard-to-reach areas and complex geometries
Applications
  • Structural steel and fabricated components
  • Industrial pipelines and process piping
  • Storage tanks — internal and external surfaces
  • Bridge decks, girders, and support structures
  • Marine vessels and offshore structures
  • Industrial plant and equipment maintenance
Coating Systems Applied
  • Zinc-rich primers for maximum corrosion protection
  • Epoxy intermediate and finish coats
  • Polyurethane topcoats for UV and chemical resistance
  • Heat-resistant coatings for high-temperature equipment
  • Anti-fouling coatings for marine applications
