Application Process

The concrete substrate is mechanically prepared by diamond grinding or shot blasting to open the surface and ensure maximum adhesion. Any cracks or defects are repaired before priming. The self-leveling compound is then mixed, poured, and spread using a spiked roller to release entrapped air. The surface is allowed to cure under controlled conditions before the area is returned to service.
